Gururaj P is a Sr. IT Consultant by profession at DXC technology. He has over 10 Years of IT experience and has lead successfully HP employee Hackathon events in HP Bangalore and Chennai campuses. Having completed his Masters in Computer Science & Physics, he is also Vice Chair for APJ Community Engagement Programs in HPE and is a member of “The Bharat Scouts & Guides, Karnataka” Gururaj P is also a Trustee of Annadhana Foundation, an NGO which helps in moving leftover food to the needy both in Mangalore and Bangalore. In 2011, he was also one of the final nominees for Water Ambassador position by Water & Sanitation Programme (WSP) of the World Bank during the Water Hackathon Event.
Avinash has extensive experience in the water, energy, solid waste management, small infrastructure sectors and in project conceptualisation, design and implementation. In addition to his role at S3IDF, he serves as Director and Project Leader of Biome Environmental Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a consultancy he founded to provide sustainable land use practice and
development solutions in urban and rural contexts. Avinash has worked in the information technology with Infosys Technologies Ltd where he managed international client
relationships and led teams. Avinash speaks English, French, Hindi and Kannada and holds a B. Engineering from the University of Mysore with a specialisation in hydro – energy.
Dr. Archana Pillai is a Social Impact Consultant for Social Audit Network India. She mentors social enterprises in impact assessment, also helps to design social impact metrics for social start-ups; She was also Senior Project Scientist at IIT Kanpur where her work involved developing case studies and doing primary research with social sector organizations namely social enterprises, NGOs and other similar organizations. Also, in the area of Social Audits.

She worked in Biocon in QC, developing new enzyme working closely with Quest Ireland for two years. Then she moved to the responsibility for the scale up fermentation from shake flasks to plant scale of various enzymes and high throughput screening of enzymes.
Then she changed gears into developing a new division focusing on Enzyme Application working closely with commercial team to understand the market in a techno commercial role.
Mathew is a social entrepreneur from Chennai, India. Over the last 7 years he has established himself in the field of recycling in India through the social enterprise he runs called Paperman. He has created a platform called Trashfunding that helps people to convert their trash to investment for social change. His expertise also lies in key understanding he has about India’s 1.5 million strong informal sector recyclers. Mathew’s innovative methods to improve recycling has got him recognition from media over the world like BBC, People’s Magazine, and more. Mathew has been awarded the prestigious Ashoka fellowship in 2015 and he is also recently a Nelis Japan member.
Prashanth is currently serving in Cisco systems – he leads business operations for security business group. He is a member of Yuva brigade, an organisation formed by like minded individuals who intend to do something good for the country. His hobby is to pick up leftover food from wedding halls, parties and distributing it to needy people.
Harsha brings more than 20 years of general management experience as head of business units, and learning from multiple assignments across geographies. The insights gained as an angel investor and board member with early stage technology companies in India along with his extensive customer management experience in the US makes him unique.
